Reception was very courteous. Staff was receiving and professional. Location was great and the casino was well equipped. Atmosphere all around was friendly and familiar. -

Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the decor was to die for. Bewarned though there are no TV's in the rooms! I loved this fact some people may not. The hotel attendant Gabe. was super nice and not to mention pretty.

Hotel is at 1 block distance to the beach. I'ts an excellent budget-firendly choice, perfect location at condado next to up-scale hotels without paying the high price. It's an old construction but room had private bath, flat screen TV with cable and was very clean. Price included hot breakfast, which you rarely find in other high priced hotels in

Big room, comfy bed, lots of pillows, value for money (approx $100 per night), excellent location close to everything but back off main road so it was quiet, friendly staff, good shower & water pressure. Would definitely stay here again.

The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. The location is one block
off the beach and is in close proximity to a number of local restaurants
and MacDonald'S. The street in front of the hotel, McReary, has a
bus 53 that goes to Old San Juan or a taxi for $18. The hotel is great

Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment.
The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean.
I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely!
Most definitely will return...

Everything. It is a family friendly, family run hotel in a great location in Old SJ. Can walk to everything. It is not hard on the budget. It is not a luxury hotel, so if that is what you are looking for, stay elsewhere. However, it meets your basic travel needs (clean room, good bed, clean shower) and for us it was perfect. Stay there!! -

This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed the location and it's proximity to Ashford Avenue, and two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to Ocean Park, R21 Bus stop across from Walgreens on Ashford Ave. The cleanliness of my room. The hotel is a non-smoking entirely. My family has been staying there for decades every time we vacation in PR -- since back when it was double the size, a beautiful pool, and dozens of iguanas in the patio! Although we swear the furniture has been the same there since the 70's, it's super clean, beds are very comfortable, and location is great.

And the hotel is in the middle eferything that what so good about the stay it was in walking distance to a few of the hot spot.And the beach is in your backyard which we love and we are from flordia which we are know for there beaches!
