  The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. The location is one block off the beach and is in close proximity to a number of local restaurants and MacDonald'S. The street in front of the hotel, McReary, has a bus 53 that goes to Old San Juan or a taxi for $18. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier.
