  L' accueil et la gentillesse du personel - We loved the comfort of the king size bed. Having a kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook in or bring back leftovers to reheat in the oven or microwave. My husband could watch TV in the livingroom while I had the TV in the bedroom. - Everyone was wonderful at the AKA. The location was Fantastic!

  Love this hotel, awesome friendly staff, great location & perfect when the Steelers are playing home games !!! Alot to do within walking distance of hotel !!!! The free shuttle service took us all over the city. The hotel is ideally located not far from great restuarants, the ball parks and the casino. Great stay!!!

  This was our second stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff was Friendly and Welling to meet Our Needs, the room was nice and clean. Had a nice view as requested. Was able to check in early. Swimming pool is a plus, especially during a heat wave. Location is fine if you travel by car. You can reach Philly downtown in a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, we didn't take it but it seems a good option too. Very comfortable bed.

  I've stayed here twice and both times was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff (especially Josh!), the cleanliness of the facility and the comfortable lobby. The workout room is small but very adequate for a short visit.
