  Cheap and close to the airport. We were put in another room with no questions asked - very accommodating. - Clean, great price, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

  This property is under new management and getting better every day... you won't find better service. The location is fantastic--geographically central to attractions and restaurants--and yet quiet and restful--it's surrounded by farms. I could see and hear the buggies from my entrance porch. I couldn't get the internet to work...but didn't ask how...but was actually glad I couldn't so I would devote my time to the Amish setting...

  I can't say enough about this place. I am always a bit leary when booking at a motel, but I need not have worried at the Nittany Budget Motel. To begin with, unlike a lot of other motels, this was not situated in "the middle of nowhere" off a depressing highway. It was actually located in what looked like a business complex with quite a bit of act... ce que les gens disent » ivity. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and accomodating young man at the desk. (Incidentally, the office is located within a "b - Motel old but ok. We were out to hike in Rothrock S.P. and the location was excellent. A good surprise was Harner's Farm shop right across the road, that was a great place for buying apples & co. and our son loved the corn maze and the halloween spooks.

  The room was very comfortable with a recliner and sofa. The room had a small balcony with a table and chair. The restaurant was excellent. The food was great and the wait staff attentive and intuitive. - Close to all the antique shops. We were in town for the extravaganza. We will be back for the September extravaganza.

I also found that eventhough it was not in the city proper, it was only a couple of minutes from the motel to everything! - Very polite staff. Clean facility. Very pretty location, close to a lot of shopping areas and eating places. Will recommend it to friends.
