Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend! -

We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

By paying slightly more than we normally pay, we were able to get a much better room in a quality hotel with a great staff. Discounts are very important to us because they are the reason we are able to travel so often. It really made a difference to have a relaxing stay in a nice hotel. The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. -

Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand.

helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels

The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home. So staying at the renaissance was great for a good nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean We had late snack when we arrived and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning
