  The Modern is a fantastic place to stay. This was our second trip there and we loved every minute. We stayed longer this time and still didn't want to leave, The staff are just lovely, the rooms are stunning and well thought out, the views are divine, the interior design is gorgeous, the pool is divine, the other guests are always interesting,r... ce que les gens disent » ooms, the gym is great, the spa was divine, great massage, the food was excellent and we ate there alot. Its easy walking distance to the Mall and in - Super friendly staff-from desk clerks to runners to room service; the room was modern and tasteful, great for work, and very comfortable and peaceful; the pools are lovely; room service was great; above all, it is a beautiful boutique hotel which is much nicer than any surrounding accommodations and for a better price. I couldn't recommend it any more highly!

  I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful!   We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... ce que les gens disent » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.
