  We could walk to Old Market and many other points of interest nearby. Staff was very approachable and very friendly. Answered any question we had or found the answer if they weren't able themselves. - There was nothing I did'nt like!   Clean, quiet rooms were good for sleeping; I had booked rooms online; when I checked in, the rooms reserved were not the ones I had booked. The staff very professionally changed the rooms to the ones I had booked. Very good experience: attentive, friendly, helpful staff. - Staff very helpful. Some of the best I've ever had in a hotel.
