I absolutely loved the location. Being downtown allowed us to enjoy the nice Mankato downtown and restaurant scene while not being dependent on a vehicle. Room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. -

The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. -

I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger
than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen
and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of
America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast
was of decent quality. -

The Hotel was full but still we felt like we were important to the staff. We even received an apology from the housekeeper because she was so busy our room didn't get cleaned til 4pm. Very friendly and comfortable. We will stay again. -

The location is great, only a couple of minutes from the Mall of America. The kids loved the water park, of course! The room are very modern and clean. The beds are quite comfy! -

coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the

Kids loved the indoor waterpark at the radisson. -
With all the hotel choices in the area, I did not want to pick a bad one for the family. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average. Will gladly stay again next year.

I liked that the pool/hot tub was open unitl 11 PM, most hotels close their pools at like 9 PM. I really liked the layout of the suite rooms. It was roomy with a semi separate sitting/relaxing area. The staff was always curtious and very helpful. I really like the convenience of having the Caribou & Jimmy Johns right there along with a rest

Of course, as most people who stay there we were attending the Mayo Clinic for health reasons. We most liked the ease of getting to the clinic, your helpful staff when we asked questions or needed extra supplies and the fact that there were short order restaurants when we needed a quick lunch.
