Was very pleasantly surprised as I did not know what to expect based on previous mixed reviews. Location is great for shopping or dining as many available choices in the nearby vicinity.

The staff there was incredible. Started a conversation with the front desk receptionist and he was super friendly. Even the cleaning staff said hi to us with a smile. I've been to many hotels around the Bloomington area, and this is the first that all the staff were nice. -

Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go
beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall
of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and
guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being
inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby
bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly
new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

Rooms were large. Bed comfortable. Breakfast adequate. On a road trip so only stayed one night but highly recommended. I travel with a small dog and often find that rooms allocated for guests travelling with pets was below standard. No so in this case. -

We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. We had a large room with two queen beds. It was nice not to be squeezed for space. Large dining room with a nice breakfast selection. Staff was great, helpful and extra towels were not a problem which were soft and fluffy, by the way. We stay at the Guest House when we visit Mayo Clinic. A plus is the location - the shuttle bus for the clinic

The pool and hot tub area was nice. We go to the area for both pleasure and business. We switch to this property when the Crossings in Perham did not have our last stay there booked for the correct number of nights. We had stayed there several times. We found this property online and we will staying here from now on when we are in the area. -
