The second room we stayed in (517) was fine, except for the mystery shower diverter. It's the only one of its kind in the hotel. Annoying and strange. -

• The beds were so comfortable, and loved the four pillows!
• So happy to have two showers!
• The suite felt more like a home than a suite at a hotel.
• Really appreciated the full kitchen complete with full size appliances, plates, cups, and kitchen gadgets.

The bed was wonderful. Everything inside the room was fine, very clean. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the breakfast every morning. The location was wonderful.

it was very handy to the MSU management education center, and the remodeling is very nice - it was getting run down years ago, but the new owners have really brought it back up. -
we did not have the time to explore the hotel amenity. nor did staff remind us of some available things....

The Starbucks in the waiting room, the NY Times newspapers, the apple cider and doughnuts, the school spirit for U of M, the fresh water with lemons. I loved the microwave in the room and the fact that I could take plates from downstairs up to my room. The front desk staff was cheerful and very helpful.

WE enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn, Auburn Hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. All staff were cheerful and helpful making us feel welcome. The hot breakfast offered was very good and the lunch room attendant so very hospitable. Congratulations to all staff fora job well done. -

The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. I was there for 3 days and all staff were friendly and accomodating. I did not have a single complain

We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a
friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way
to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was
enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient
location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were
large. We would stay there again.
