We stayed there for 2 nights. It was a great experience. We felt this hotel has a very special athmosphere.
At our arrival the hotel owners came out of the hotel to welcome us and to help us to park our car (it is bit less space to park the car right at the hotel, but this wasn't really an issue)
The Benchmark Inn is a small hotel with just a few rooms. Everything was clean. The room has a lot little extras.

I loved this hotel, friendly helpful, staff, room and bathroom well equipped, light and airy, tasteful furnishings. Fab comfy bed, good breakfast. Loved veranda with plenty of chairs to sit and look at the ocean. Only stayed one night due to touring area but could happily stay for a week!!

Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very

The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Will return for sure :) -

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! I loved the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful, helping us understand the train routes. The shuttle service was excellent, always on time. It was close to the airport, the shuttle picks you up, drops you off. The shuttle also works to take you to a local target and/or to the closest metro station. The room was pretty large, the hotel also has a laundromat (besides the regular laundry service for hotel prices) which you have to pay for 1,5$ for washer and 1,5$ for dryer. But I did appreciate it and did my own laundry -- it was cheaper than have it done at the regular hotel laundry service.

Eating facilities just right. Comfortable lounge area. Clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff who responded sympathetically when my daughter was unwell and the manager offered her a room at a competitive price which made a big difference to her welfare. -

(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also most helpful. -

The bed was very comfortable. We lived the warm cookies at check in. The staff was very helpful with directions and knowledgable of the area. The short distance to the T was also a plus. -
This hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to rest up in the middle of a very long trip. It had everything we needed for that brief stopover.
