We stayed there for 2 nights. It was a great experience. We felt this hotel has a very special athmosphere.
At our arrival the hotel owners came out of the hotel to welcome us and to help us to park our car (it is bit less space to park the car right at the hotel, but this wasn't really an issue)
The Benchmark Inn is a small hotel with just a few rooms. Everything was clean. The room has a lot little extras.
The European style breackfast was exellent.

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to -
Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

The Days Inn Chicopee offers comfort and convenience at reasonable prices. It has been newly renovated in 2007, and offers easy on/off access to the Mass Pike I-90.

I spent a night there just to cut my trip from Boston MA down to Rochester NY in half. The easy access to the hotel (just a the exit of I90) was the reason why I've choosen that place. The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were
perfect. The atmosphere was great. The location was perfect for us. The
bed was comfortable. The corner room was an added plus, with windows on
both sides. And, the desk clerk put us on the quieter side of the hotel,
which was a lovely gesture. We will stay there again. -

They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled. This was a great perk as my son (6 year old) was really tired of walking all day long.
