Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.

Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good
restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new
loved the fact that we were the very first guest checking in! The staff

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort. The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, spacious bar area with great healthy free appetizers! The FREE buffet breakfast with made to order omelets was the best ever!
The pool area was clean and the hot tub was roomy! Great place to stay at a very good price!

Situation pratique sur Harvard Square - The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. The rooms are nice and well thought-out, the food is good and the prices reasonable. A winner! - Excellent room, facilities, and location.

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! This is an old fashioned New England Inn that is being kept up to date
with excellent maintenance, good modern services--wi fi when it works,
digital tv, fitness center, very comfortable bed and comfortable chairs
in each room. The public areas are inviting, a library and computer
terminal are available and easily accessible. Food in the dining room is
very good, service is excellent. Superb shower.
