I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was updated,modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Our group enjoyed the local pub too! -

My experience at this hotel was overall great. The room was exceptional and very clean. It was obvious that this hotel had been been completely renovated and updated to satisfy guest in regards to today's standards. Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent, responsive staff. The
room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful
view of the Charles River and city lights. The skylights in the center
of the building bring in outside light and really compliment the hotel.

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. -

Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was old but clean. Shower was refreshing and the pressure was good.
The room was cool when I entered and was comfortable throughout the night.
I did not have the chance to use the pool but the option to have indoor and outdoor choices was great. -

It was my daughters first time to stay at a hotel and it was the first time that I stayed alone with one of my children so it was an experience for both of us. Everyone was very nice, especially the women who helped with breakfast in the mornings and happy hour in the afternoons. They were the best part! The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend my family stays there again.

Room 326 had a view of trees, was quiet and let a soft breeze into the large comfortable Room.

Cookies in the lobby, shuttle to the hospital. Cleanliness of the rooms, and that they had refrigerators. There are many nice restaurants around. And it's located In a nice area. -
