The room was beautiful and large and had character, plus it was quiet. It sits in a wonderful neighborhood close to great restaurants and right on Mount Vernon park. You get a real flavor of Baltimore at its best here (I grew up here).

  The light was out in the toilet room in the bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they were more than accommodating offering to send someone immediately or change our room. The repairman that came was extremely courteous and made the repair very quickly.   I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive.   One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon . It was larger than our apartment at home! We enjoyed a huge soaking tub and a magnificent view of the harbor, along with our own dining room!
