The staff was very accommodating. I went searching for ice late one night, and the ice machine was broken. A staff member offered to fill my bucket in the bar and also brought me some sliced lemons to go with it. -

The property was clean, spacious, safe and generally well equipped.
Facilities and services compare very well to the Copley Plaza in Boston
& other 5 star places I've stayed. Truely an 'old world
quality' facilty for 1/3 the price. -

the area around Berea. We were made very welcome as "guest of the

We went to Thunder over Louisville first time and we parked in the huge parking garage. We checked in early wich was great cause we were told by the staff that it fills up quickley for this event and we wlked straight out to to the river side and set up our chairs then went walking around checking out the city. The moment we arrived, your staff was very helpful. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.

We have been there twice within a few months apart. We have taken our
youngest granddaughter both times she loves just as much as we did.we
plan on bringing all of our kids and grandkids with us next year.the

Loved the manager's reception, the breakfast was amazing. The staff

Room was updated except for the tub. Very cordial, welcoming staff. Except for the late night fellow who directed us to find food on a wild goose chase in the pouring rain. He was remorseful though. Loved the easy public transit to the ball park. Loved the outlets on the lamps! Complimentary snacks and ballgame themed items nice touch. -
