the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.
