The room was very clean and bed very comfy with great pillows. The tv was big not tiny like ones you get in cheap hotels. The soaps and lotions were Bath & Body works, that was a nice touch. -
The Quiet and Cleanliness of the Hotel. Staff was great, room was great. Breakfast and the endless coffee was awesome!

I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I
was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really
appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit
was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that
took me into the city. An all-day pass for one for both train and city

Room was large and comfortable.
Bed was great after a long trip.
Room service was fast and efficient.
They provided a baby cot as requested and it was really comfortable for the little one.

Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (

The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

I liked the location close to all the points of interest of my trip. The

Outstanding stay. Check in was awesome with great assitance from Pedro.
Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.
Comfortable beds, accessable lighting, great dining area with turn out

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

The location was perfect!! Near the end of the loop and all the shopping. The Roof bar was a perfect place to start a night out. Then a very short walk to Hubbard Street where there was a ton of other bars and night life!! Try the chicken and waffles in the restaurant, they weren't Roscoe's but the ran a very close second!! -

Beautiful hotel, not quite as perfect as it looked in pictures. But we also didn't look around a whole lot. Reasonably priced! Some staff were very helpful! -

Loved the pool. It is only 3ft deep which is great for young kids. Breakfast was wonderful. Hot biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker. -
I was very impressed that this motel had recycle bins in each room and used only cardboard cups!

Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest
train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us
back to the hotel. -
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby
Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall
and theater.
