This was a very upscale hotel and the staff was very attentive. Starting
our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen,
helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best
reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. She also made

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was
plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel
like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are
immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well
spoken. The food from the hotels' restaurant Hoytes was finger
lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium
park and even to the field museum and aquarium. And great places to eat

Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.

Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State
Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor."
Safety has never really been a concern for me. -

The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to
shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk
staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our
room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took
good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water
in the lobby!) -
quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!
