  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned.   We lived in farmington for 12 years. We stayed at the Inn because its close to UConn Health Center where our grandchild was born. It was perfect; lovely room; breakfast room; great coffee; very comfortable; walking distance to several places to eat. And we love the town.   I loved the experiene of staying at a casino for the first time. I loved that there were smoke free casinos available. The food at the hard rock was delicious. The room was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets.
