The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.   The front desk attendant was extremely professional and friendly. The room was nicely appointed and had everything that anyone could need for an extended stay. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was also quite comfortable. - I loved how meticulous the hotel and my room were. I thought the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

  We lived in farmington for 12 years. We stayed at the Inn because its close to UConn Health Center where our grandchild was born. It was perfect; lovely room; breakfast room; great coffee; very comfortable; walking distance to several places to eat. And we love the town.   Our hotel room is huge. Not sure if it is an upgrade to a suite or not. But we have got a huge living room as well as a huge bathroom. Very clean. The bed is very comfortable. We were stuck in the hotel for an extra day due to the snowstorm on Feb. 8 & 9. There wasn't any restaurants open anywhere.
