  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is ... ce que les gens disent » great and the wine list extensive. We chose a wine from Colorado, with the sommelier's help, and it proved to be great. - The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  Facilities were excellent, remodeled. Staff was excellent. We stayed in a room beside the indoor pool. Very tranquile and relaxing.   The food and service at Atwater was amazing, although my friend and I were seated right next to a table with two small children and lots of trash from them under the table.   It was absolutely beautiful and every one of the staff members I encountered during my stay were super friendly, professional, accommodating and fun!
