The thoughtfulness of the staff, they provided us with light refreshments upon our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. I had inquired whether I could purchase a basket to have in the room when I arrived, but when we came, the refreshments came by an employee with a caring written note from staff saying the refreshments were compliments of staff and to have Happy Anniversary stay. It was very hot that day we left, and the staff at the front desk, sent us on our way with water bottles. Very

It was one mile from the activity my son attended that finished at 2 am. Easy to access. Beds were some of the best I've stayed in. My 18 year old said it was the best sleep he remembers getting. Nice lobby entrance and restaurant -

When we arrived we found the Executive Suite we had booked was not available. The girl at the front desk apologized. When we arrived in the room Sarah from Guest services called and offered us free breakfast and parking instead of the executive room and was very nice. I had read in the reviews that the facility was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was all very true, very happy with my stay, will be back again. So fun that walking distance to shopping and nice dining. -

It was comfortable, staff were efficient and the location suited me. I paerticularly appreciated Francesc's home cooking after long days at a Trade Fair - she was also welcoming and friendly - after being with thousands of people all day it was great (and convenient).

Liked this hotel enough to return to the area just to stay again ! All staff made me feel as if I was the only person staying. The purple free Shuttle bus was a key factor in the success of a stress free stay in an area I did not know. Parking is not inexpensive at $17/night for self-park, but is indeed very convenient with the garage located immediately adjacent to the front lobby. Contrast this with other Costa Mesa/Irvine hotels where the parking lot is quite a distance away. Ask the very friendly and helpful staff about any discounts or specials available to minimize or reduce parking cost.
The room itself was also very comfortable, especially the temperature. We never even looked for the thermostat during our entire stay

We stayed there for three nights from May 3 to May 6, 2013 and the hotel
completely exceeded our expectations. This is the first time we stayed
at a SpringHill Suites and we chose this property because its location

Great location right across from the Airport (Orange County). In fact if
you wanted to return your rental car the night before you could even
walk back to the hotel (or use their shuttle). The hotel in general and
the room specifically was clean and quiet with secure parking. The pool
(outdoor) was fairly large, great for those looking to do a few

There was a restaurant and bar on sight but there were also a couple of
good restaurants a block down, within walking distance. -
Clean room and quality of complimentary shampoos and soaps. Outdoor pool area with tropical landscaping made me feel like I was in Hawaii. Very nice!
