Staying at shangri la is probably the best so far. The necessities are well handled and customer service is just brilliant. Like any other shangri la around the world, this branch also offers the same quality. Obviously there are many variations on the layout, service and sizes. But that didn't bother us. None to complain so far. -

... ce que les gens disent » friendly customer service. We came with our room upgraded. Amazing view of santa monica pier, spacious room complete with a kitchenette. Also, i used the parking space for shangrila. The service there is brilliant. Althought its a bit expensive than normal parking rates, it keeps your car safe.
