One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. Ultimate luxury and family appealing hotel for less than the price of a budget, lowest price range, bare-bones hotel by Disney. The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to
help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to
do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed
would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra

The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.

The beds were extremely comfortable...the continental breakfasts were nice...the pool and hot tub were fun...and the location was extremely convenient to Wet-N-Wild and other Orlando attractions. -
Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and diversified for everyone. Staff was very nice and made every effort to please.
