  the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Good breakfast, the pool and lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby. Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention center, and not far from Disney.

  The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.
