We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!

  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had.   I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room.
