The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on

We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

Hotel sympa et idéalement situé, très pratique au niveau des métros, quartier sympa avec tout à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est compris (installation rudimentaire dans le hall d'entrée) et bon. Les chambres sont certes un peu vieillottes mais propres et entretenues tous les jours. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain assez grande et propre.

The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention
and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed
to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long
in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. The rooms are small
- that is true, but it cannot be a surprise, when you are full aware of
that. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. -
Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

We really liked the Belnord's location. It is in a quiet street
close to Central Park, in the Upper West Side. It is only one block away
from the subway station where Line 3 takes you all the way to Lower

there is a good shop near by that you can grab some food and drink from, a Starbucks 2 minutes walk away and a big daddy's diner down the road which was grand (especially if you like pancakes).
My room had plenty of space! exactly how it showed on the photo. The bathroom was clean had a very good shower and a massive mirror.

Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely
croissant/omelett

I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" -
close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial

This was a simple hotel but given that it's more or less the cheapest you can expect to pay for something decent in Manhattan, it's great value for money. And staff are nice, rooms are perfectly fine for a short stay, the internet connection was really good, and the East Village location was great for what we wanted. -

We were 3 friends staying at the hotel who had 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom which always had hot water. We each got a bed as there is a pullout bed which was just as comfy as the single bed. There was also a double bed with wardrobes and hangers. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day. As everyone else says, the location was the best part; just a few mins walk from Central Park in a very safe and fairly well-to-do area, so as girls we felt comforta
