The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming all the time. Omar at the front desk was very helpful in granting our room request on the top floor and Edwin was helpful in keeping our bags for us before/after check-in and check-out. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff named Joe. We had called earlier that am prior to boarding our flight to get an early check in time with success. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for with less volume of people in and out of it for the NY Marathon weekend. The restaurant right next door had nice organic food choices and we loved that we did not have to go out in the cold and could walk straight through the lobby to dine.

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room. Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and
it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to
explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village.
It's surrounded by lighting stores, restaurant supply outlets and

so you can easily take a train for the main us cities. The Chelsea area

It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.
