  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

  We really liked the Belnord's location. It is in a quiet street close to Central Park, in the Upper West Side. It is only one block away from the subway station where Line 3 takes you all the way to Lower Manhattan without changing trains. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is really very compact, but that is the norm in New York. The staff were helpful and efficient although not over - the area is fantastic, not far from the subway, so easy to get to where the action is, but quiet enough to get some rest. there is a good shop near by that you can grab some food and drink from, a Starbucks 2 minutes walk away and a big daddy's diner down the road which was grand (especially if you like pancakes). My room had plenty of space! exactly how it showed on the photo. The bathroom was clean had a very good shower and a massive mirror. The room was simple but clean and comfortable and
