  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

  Piscine au bord de la mer - I enjoyed the entire stay at the Patricia Grand. The ease and relaxation was very enlightening and our stay was very nice. - The sound of the waves is the best sound for me. I have a very hectic life but when I relax I downshift a few gears.

  We like that it is literally close to the beach itself. U can run fr this place to the beach in a minute. Love that it is pet friendly & I dont have to pay extra $ for my pet to stay as compared to holiday inn, when I called them to inform that we have a poodle with us, they charge us 100$ for 3nights of stay for the pet (glad I cancelled it).... ce que les gens disent » - Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. Walking into this lovely lobby, then upstairs into the room I was so happy! It was a true suite, with not only a door to the bedroom but a lovely French door set up!   Almost cancelled because of past reviews..SO Glad we didn't! Pleasantly surprised. Clean room (no sand or bugs etc), chocolate kisses on pillows, nice linens & towels. Our 6 yr old even noticed how soft the washclothes were! Extremely friendly owner, staff & guests. Loved being able to walk right on beach and/or pool. Shooting for Sept! - You couldn't ask to be any closer to the beach! We walked out our patio door and there was the sand and a few more feet was the Atlantic! It was a beautiful view. The staff went way out of their way to get us in early after a 700 mile drive and they were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was an older motel with nothing fancy...but it was perfect for us!! We would stay again if ever back down there!! The location was perfect!!
