La situation de l'hôtel à proximité de Ocean Drive est parfaite, l'hôtel est calme et le service du petit déjeuner est un avantage indéniable. Très jolie cour intérieure qui permet de passer un moment de tranquillité dans la journée. - Situation idéale au coeur de Miami Beach et à proximité de la plage, des magasins restaurants, boites, bus etc

Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the
location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I
like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe
tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that
south beach restaurants are expensive. I picked up some groceries and

I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean. The
staff was very friendly & they responded quickly to any issues we
had. The location was perfect & the stores & restaurant in front
were very convenient.

The shower worked very good, with a good pressure and two exits of water, one fixed and another that you can take and move it. -

Everything, staff, the room, bathroom, great view even thou it was a partial ocean side. The bed was soooo comfortable. The awesome closet space, the soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The delicious breakfast buffet. The complimentary fruit cocktail at poolside. the bartenders the food at the grill was delicious too. enjoyed the steam room the spa.

the staff were very kind and courteous, all of them. Ozzie was extremely dedicated and helped my sister and I with loyalty and kindness.. I have never, in my 64 yrs had a better steak than the one I ordered from the bistro.. It melted in my mouth and was cooked (well done)to perfection.. My compliments to the chef.. near 10th and ocean. So I am quite familiar with the area hotels. Since
moving I have been back to the area dozens of time for both work and

The best thing I liked was the service from Milena, we had a few
problems, on our part, and Milena was there to help us, right away,
returning ours calls and solving all our problems! She is really a great
lady and so helpful and nice!
