Location was fantastic, we were able to walk to places nearby (museums, restraunts, excel center, etc.) Rooms were clean, staff was helpful. Restraunt/bar had great food. Would highly recommend it. -

We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious
bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out
and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told
me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was
thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. He dug it out of

to be returned to me. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. -
great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths.
the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. A problem with the room was quickly remedied. The location was near the Capitol Building and other attractions and was easy to get into and out of for a downtown hotel. The room, though small, was pleasant and the bed was great. I liked the shower as well. The bathroom was first class. Th

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were beautiful! Old charm with modern feel - the best of both worlds. Very convenient to get to local attractions and restaurants - it is right on the skyway system. I will definitely stay here the next time I have an event in St. Paul.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and
knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle to and from the Excel Center
was an extra perk we had not planned on. -

This was our first Bed and Breakfast, on a Tugboat! From the time we saw The Covington we were in awe. Amazing facility and Liz was wonderful. The breakfasts were like something you would get at a gourmet restaurant. A lot of eating and shopping places within a short walk. Several parks close by as well. It was so relaxing to sit (or recline)

We had a fantastic time! Owner Liz was very friendly and welcoming.
Stayed in the Masters Quarters, which was spacious and led out to the
deck with panoramic views of downtown. But as we were the only ones
staying that day we had a chance to peak at all the rooms - not a bad
one on board! Such a unique experience we hated to leave and would
absolutely stay again.

Staff was attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was great, pool enjoyable for kids. Having a suite instead of room invaluable with toddlers. Rooms recently redecorated.
