I stayed in the King Terrace Suite, and it was FABULOUS. The room was beautifully decorated, the view from the large terrace was AMAZING, and the room was so cozy and spacious. The staff at the front desk (my check-in attendant was Robert) was very friendly and professional, and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back to the

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating. The in-house restaurant, Blue Ribbon Sushi, was absolutely and almost surprisingly delicious, and the ambience made the experience all the better. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and stylish, comfortable and spacious. The location in the LES of Manhattan is perfect, you can't ask for more!

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.
The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-(

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. I felt like she was on the ball wa

What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
