  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

Les chambres sont certes un peu vieillottes mais propres et entretenues tous les jours. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain assez grande et propre. ... ce que les gens disent » - The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. The rooms are small - that is true, but it cannot be a surprise, when you are full aware of that. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. - Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

  Location is amazing, near Bryant Park, NY Public Library, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, etc. Also, there're a lot of shopping spots, restaurants and a very convenient Deli next door (too expensive though). We stayed in the Studio Apartment, one flight of stairs, next to a nail salon. Not a big deal for us, the apartment was clean and quiet, pretty - This was a great apartment at an excellent location, only four blocks from Time Square. Nice and quit with a window against the back. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, it was possible to cook all the meals there. It was a nice deli right down on the corner. I will defintly recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will stay here next time I go to NY.

  Great little quiet hotel for the inexpensive price. My 3 friends and I from California all stayed here together, we had two rooms with a connecting bathroom and it worked out perfect. I had read that people had problems with the shower changing from hot to cold which I didn't experience but my friends did. We all laughed about it as it was no big ... ce que les gens disent » deal. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day.
