  My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The arrangement is particularly nice for business travelers staying longer, as it has a kitchen.   When I book a hotel in midtown Manhatten for under $200, I am happy with clean sheets, clean towels and a clean bathroom. I got all of this at Hotel 31. Staff - This is a lovely small hotel at a very convenient and perfectly safe location. It really is at the center - so I walked most of the sightseeing attractions nearby. The staff is very friendly, organized and always available. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was always free and clean when I wanted to use it. My bed was big enough and very comfortable and there was a sink in the room so I could wash my face and teeth without needing to go to the bathroom. My room was cleane

  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  The location is perfect. Pretty near of touristic sites, such as Time Square, Rockfeller Center, Empire State Building and others. Subway lines are pretty near also. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan. The staff was all super friendly and they even had a security buzzer on the entrance which was a plus for me.

  Location is amazing, near Bryant Park, NY Public Library, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, etc. Also, there're a lot of shopping spots, restaurants and a very convenient Deli next door (too expensive though). We stayed in the Studio Apartment, one flight of stairs, next to a nail salon. Not a big deal for us, the apartment was clean and quiet, pretty - This was a great apartment at an excellent location, only four blocks from Time Square. Nice and quit with a window against the back. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, it was possible to cook all the meals there. It was a nice deli right down on the corner. I will defintly recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will stay here next time I go to NY.
