Hotel 140 is located only a 5-minute walk from the rear exit of Back Bay Railroad Station. Upon arrival I had taken the train from Springfield, MA. For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. L'accueil, le personnel qui connaît bien Boston et nous a bien renseignésur la ville. Le style branché et chic mais pas trop. L'endroit, en facedu métro, en plein centre de Copley, très pratique car restaurants,commerce, etc sont autour. - Confortable et moderne, propre et neuf, situation géographique idéale.

Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped! Also, the door man was such a delight...helped get our car, load the car, offered help with directions, even gave our son some small toys! -

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!
