This hotel was fabulous from the minute we checked in 'til we left.
The staff was refined, kind and accommodating. When we returned to my
room the night of my birthday, I was surprised and "touched"
to find an amazing little chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten

Everything, everybody. Quiet, calm, luxuriously relaxing, yet few steps away from Las Vegas Life (the door to Mandalay!) I keep coming back every year, as an exhibitor at World of Concrete, and every single time I feel as a queen, as if I were the only guest. Congratulations!

first of all, we are went to the wrong chech-in desk, took our about 30 minutes,Fortunately we are very satisfy with our room. it's big,clean, comfortable and good view.
also the conciege helps us a lot,like Grand Canyon Tours and outlets shopping.

Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

Loved, loved, loved, everything about it. The staff, the size of the
rooms, the comfort of the beds, the pool and the different choices
onsite to eat. I liked that it was off the strip. Relaxing even,
stress free Vegas is what it felt like for us. Yes we did gamble and

The casino and common areas were modern clean and inviting. There were
many tasty places to eat. With the whole city nearly sold out I was
worried that staying here would be like a motel 6 but it was much
better. The linen was clean and the beds were comfy. -
The Silverton has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We will keep coming back! My daughter is gluten free and the resturant was so amazing to work with!!! The chef came to our table and cooked a special meal for her. Thank you so much!

catch all-day-pass bus if your feet get tired. Room was clean and plenty
big. Super cheap price for this location. I don't spend that much
time in the room, but when I am there, I want it to be quiet and
restful, so I asked for "an upper floor room with a view, toward
the end of the hall, away from the elevators and ice machine". They

Staff was very friendly everyone I interacted with from checking in to restaurant staff and securiy was helpful. rooms were clean and up todate as far as furnishings. Overall, a positive stay and satisfied. Note this is an off strip casino. -
