  I found the staff to be super helpful, friendly and patient. How refreshing! The free shuttle to the airport (where a metro stop is a short walk under a roof) ran frequently and was a real bonus! The hotel room was attractive and clean. Several good restaurants are practically in the hotel door, and there's lots of shopping in Crystal City -- ... ce que les gens disent » plus its metro stop is only about four blocks away. - Within the past year, we have stayed at the Hilton Crystal City 8 times. It is in a very good location for driving and also easy to ride the Metro using the hotel's free van service, and there are many good resteraunts within walking distance.
