We appreciated the professionalism of the staff.Upon arrival there was a dog barking all the time in the adjacent room.We were allowed to change rooms,but..on that floor there was a private party going on with a lot of noise the whole night.The next morning when we mentioned it,the staaf was so kind to give us a rebate on our hotel bill.End good,a

I like the friendliness of the staff. Check in & out were very smooth. My request was fulfilled & even can check in earlier than chk in time. Really happy for it. Location of the hotel is just infront of the Galleria. The room is huge. -

The staff, facilities and location were a business travelers dream. I
had a problem with the agreed-on amount and what was charged. The staff
were friendly and made it right quickly. Loved my stay. -

I really loved the layout and the scenery of the hotel! I only stayed one night but I did book this hotel again for the following weekend! Everything was perfect! Especially if your alone and was meeting someone there :) this will be my first choice when visiting Houston most definitely! -

A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion.
The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment).
Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places
nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very
comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a
car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when
they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). The hotel is

The Hilton was within walking distance to the Galleria and other
shopping areas. It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the
freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on
Sunday morning at 8 am.

While I was there I was ironing my shirt to go out and there was
something on the iron that transferred to my shirt, I called the front
desk, just to get a new iron and they got someone to not only get the
stain out but iron the shirt for me. -

Very comfortable. I was able to relax almost as soon as I walked in the hotel. Staff was very kind and professional. Entire facility was clean and orderly. -
