We appreciated the professionalism of the staff.Upon arrival there was a dog barking all the time in the adjacent room.We were allowed to change rooms,but..on that floor there was a private party going on with a lot of noise the whole night.The next morning when we mentioned it,the staaf was so kind to give us a rebate on our hotel bill.End good,a

right inside the mall, Galleria is an awsome mall, lots of good stores, the room was very big, bed really good, tons of storage,helpful,friendly staff. free parking and internet. hotel restaurant yummy every time!

The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The room was well laid out,
clean and very comfortable. This is clearly the best hotel I have stayed
in Houston. I enjoyed it much better than the other "higher
branded" hotels near the galleria area. -

A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion.
The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment).
Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places
nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very
comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a
car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when
they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). The hotel is

The Hilton was within walking distance to the Galleria and other
shopping areas. It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the
freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on
Sunday morning at 8 am.

While I was there I was ironing my shirt to go out and there was
something on the iron that transferred to my shirt, I called the front
desk, just to get a new iron and they got someone to not only get the
stain out but iron the shirt for me. -
