Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Really like a flat. Nice furniture, mirrors and beautiful view of a lake and aquapark from 11. floor. We loved staying in Westgate Palace. Highly reccomented! -

georgeous and super clean. Having four daghters it was important that we
had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts
and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was
great! Super Close to Universal.

The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked
if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

I loved the safety, I loved that we were close to all the attractions. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything! I will definitely stay here again, and tell all of my friends. My parents are picky and they really loved it! -
Lovely spacious apartment. Kids liked the TV channel choices and TVs in the bedrooms. Good to have a communal

I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -
