  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. We were not informed of any information about the hotel - location of the pool, breakfast etc. We entered what seemed to be the smallest lift known to man, after fitting two people with luggage in, it was a very tight fit, and even worse when o... ce que les gens disent » ther people are wanting to enter the left also. We arrived in our room (room 329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a

A little quieter and more peaceful than the beachfront hotels on Ocean drive - of course this is a trade-off from having a sea view but we considered this a better option.

There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

  This hotel us beautiful .We have stayed at nice hotels before but the service here is exceptional. Jeff and Alex catered to our every need and were very helpful in assisting us on places to go and things to do. They were very warm and friendly. The hotel is very artsy and everything is controlled with an ipad. It was not a s expensive as the other - We had a fantastic stay at the Marlin Hotel and it totally exceeded our expectations. In terms of value for money I'd give it 10/10. It doesn't have a pool but it's walking distance to the beach and to the main restaurant areas and for the quality of the hotel its very reasonably priced for Miami. The staff were so helpful. Alex sat down with us for ages recommending restaurants and places to go to. We were so happy we booked here.

  I loved the location, it was just two quick blocks from the main strip and everything we needed or wanted was in walking distance. I like the coded entry instead of the typical key entry. I felt safe and secure. - Perfect location, close to everything, yet on the quiet side of the South Beach.
