I liked Spencer, the guy at the front desk. He was always helpful and
polite. And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother,
because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for,
which is cheap, and that's the point.

The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around
the corner. Would definitely stay here again. -

Perfect location, view, neighborhood, friendly staff, new building, transfer. Very easy to get to Manhattan using Ferry from Paulus Hook (Mon-Fri $6-8 one way ride), and PATH (Sat-Sun $2.25 one way ride) from Grove station (2 blocks from the building). "Shoprite" supermarket 6 blocks away with good choice of food, and good liquor store. -

scam because it looked too perfect. After 2 days of research I booked it
as I found people with the same concern confirming that it was

The apartment is really well located, 2 minutes walk from the path and 10 minutes far from Manhattan (by path).
The amenities is perfect with a washing machine and a dryer.
The staff provided us a high chair and a travel bed for our baby.
The view from the apartment (33rd floor) is very nice too.

The location of the apartment is great. It is very close to PATH which takes you to NYC in 10 minutes. The Apartment was very clean and has everything you need. You can find groceries and a big mall within 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay so much. -

The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.

Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and
it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to
explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village.
It's surrounded by lighting stores, restaurant supply outlets and
Chinese restaurants and stands. It's still a bustling ethnic part
of New York. And you can retreat

We found the hotel friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just one subway to and from midtown. There was lots to eat at breakfast and we always got a table. We faced south and had a good view of the downtown skyscrapers and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was small, but adequate for our needs.
