Enormous room - clean. Room service was excellent and surprisingly
affordable/reasonable. Huge choices for dining within the hotel.
Staff was excellent, professional, conscientious, expedient and
accommodating. Vip parking services and baggage concierge was a breeze.

catch all-day-pass bus if your feet get tired. Room was clean and plenty
big. Super cheap price for this location. I don't spend that much
time in the room, but when I am there, I want it to be quiet and
restful, so I asked for "an upper floor room with a view, toward
the end of the hall, away from the elevators and ice machine". They

We stayed at the MGM Grand because of the PAC 12 Basketball tournament.
Everything was convenient to the Garden Arena.
We liked the buffet, the restaurants & the food court near the Arena.
We loved the room & the bed was the best we have slept on in a hotel.

The Staff was courteous and efficient. Excellent facilities and everything was very clean. I will recommend the M G M to all my friends. i would like to commend the security department. I was away from the hotel and missed my check book. I called security
and they were kind enough to check in my room and found it on
the table. It was quite a relief as I was about to cancel my checking account. These are the things that mean a lot to guests.

Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.

The hotel is probably one of the few that is just that. Most other venues are a combination of hotel, casinos, shops and more. The location is perfect as the building is somewhat away from the busy and noisy boulevard. The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to

Unbeatable location on the Strip: walking distance to all the
attractions, and quite close to the Bellagio fountain in particular. The
room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. Everything was

We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.

I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

The price was excellent for two adults staying two nights in Las Vegas!! We spent most of our time at the Mandalay Bay Resort where most of my family was gathered for my neice's wedding. Staying at Howard Johnson's allowed us to stay within our budget, and to be a 5 minute drive from the hotel where all of our events were. Very convenient. -

From the moment I walked in to the reception the staff just smiled and was super-friendly. Got help when i neede to make phonecalls and I was able to do a very late check-out. Rooms were clean, pillows very comfortable and size of room was good.

great value, i was so surprised at the cleanliness for the price. i have stayed in casino hotels before that were so dirty and cost more than this place.

constant security, felt very safe.
no walking through smelly casino foyers to get to your hotel. great parking, easy walk or cab to the strip.
