The location is great as it only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from the beach- so short walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants but far enough away from the main strips so its quiet. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.
