  Of the hotels I stayed in Florida, this was the best! I stayed here for four days and everything was great. The breakfast buffet was very nice, best of all the ones I stayed in this trip. I tried lunch and dinner a few times. The staff was very friendly, I'm a very shy person and it was fun chatting with them. We love the fact that the staff goes out of their way to ensure that we are good. My wife insists that we will be back, and prefers the Hyatt to other more expensive locations within the block.

  It's a nice hotel in the financial district of Miami; clean, the parking is $15 valet/night, the tv is not a flat screen, front desk is not 24 hr service, and we constantly had to ask for face towels. The carpet in the hallway on our floor had a mildew smell but once inside the room, everything was great!   Breakfast included in the price and there wasn't any limited time to have the breakfast. They opened it as long as 11 am or midday and this was good. - Very trendy hotel. Nice atmosphere would definitely stay here again.
