The service was absolutely brilliant. Fantastic pool, great food and nice rooms. Wonderful hotel and would happily stay there again. - It's a beautiful view, great location, walking distance to everything we needed. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staft.

The Modern is a fantastic place to stay. This was our second trip there and we loved every minute. An operator of airport shuttle did not know the hotel location, so I walked around almost 300 yards. - The staff was very helpful and the room was great. We had a very good experience.

Loved the location - right on the beach with a range of water sports
activities available right outside the hotel door. Walking distance from
a huge number of restaurants, shops, international market, bus stops,

When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm

We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.

Helpful friendly staff who could help with all tours and information and where to find everything. Access to wi fi was excellent. locality is excellent for getting around. loved the whole time there. -

we absolutely loved everything! The customer service was great. The room was awesome, very comfortable & relaxing. Nobu Restaurant was excellent. This hotel definitely deserves a 5 star. It was everything we expected it to be!

Location was perfect. View was superb. Pool, restaurants, cafes, rooms are all fantastic. Easy access to beach right in front of hotel as well as own private beach area. Excellent poolside bar. Hotel has own bus area to the side where most of the tour buses pick up. Would highly recommend it. -
