Great location, in the middle of everything. Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction. Nice Rooftop bar(not a part of the Hotel) -

The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I
could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight
landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and
ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got
there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every
thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they
did let me leave my bags.

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I
knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late
check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for

Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square.
Every request from the hotel was met - extra bedding delivered immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good.
Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. Yes there were the

The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to
important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next
door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. Professional, friendly and helpful staff - greeted us with a smile and a
welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping
staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that
they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy
walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district
venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely
decorated. Bed very comfortable.
