Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to
Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for
shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel
with a lovely gym and pool! The bed was very big and most comfortably I

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow! The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight.
We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list. A great experience. -

Location was excellent with the light rail outside. Room was generally
quiet and very clean. Check in staff were efficient and welcomed us with
smiles and good local advise. Pool and spa were very welcome at the end
of a day exploring. Washing machine facilities were very handy. Initial
stay was good value -
